Because our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, we kindly ask that you read the following before purchasing:
🌿 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened products. Every jar is made with care, and we stand behind its quality – but we cannot resell returned items for safety reasons.
🧴 Texture Changes in Warm Weather
Our creams are made without stabilizers, fillers, or synthetic preservatives. This means the texture may soften or melt slightly during shipping in warm weather.
This does not affect product quality or effectiveness.
If your cream arrives soft, simply stir gently and place it in the fridge or cool place to restore a firmer texture. This does not change the quality of the product or how it works.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to make it right.
